Everything on this site is educational. It explains how we assess and treat chronic pain and what we see clinically. It is not a diagnosis, it is not a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified practitioner who has actually examined you.
Do not delay seeking medical attention because of something you read here, and do not stop or change treatment your doctor has prescribed without speaking to them first. If your symptoms are severe or worsening quickly, contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency call 999.
Where this site describes typical outcomes, those figures come from our own clinical observation over more than twenty years of practice. They are not guarantees. Every presentation is different and your response to treatment may differ from the examples described.
Patient accounts on this site are the words of real patients describing their own experience. They are not a promise of what will happen for anyone else.
Enquiring through this site does not create a treatment relationship. That begins when a consultation is booked and confirmed. Fees, cancellation terms, and what a session involves are all discussed with you before you commit to anything.
Where you buy digital material such as the online book, you get a personal, non-transferable right to read it. Payment is taken by Stripe. Access is granted through an account you create.
Because digital content is delivered immediately, the standard fourteen day cancellation right does not apply once you have started reading, and you confirm you understand that at the point of purchase. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, message us and we will sort it out.
